ABOUT THE ANDREA ROSE ACADEMY OF PERMANENT COSMETICS
The Andrea Rose Academy of Permanent Cosmetics offers training to prepare students for licensure and for a career as a permanent cosmetics practitioner.
In order to receive a certification of completion, and be eligible for insurance, you must complete the Arkansas Permanent Cosmetic course.
We offer a detailed curriculum (see our catalog) which not only adheres to these guidelines, but will teach you how to set up and market your business with confidence.
The course includes a customized kit complete with a state-of-the-art permanent cosmetic pen from Premier Pigments. During our training you will be working with your new equipment from the very first day.
