TUITION & FEE POLICY
Andrea Rose has four Modules of training. Each Module builds on each other, however, due to the duration of the Hands-on supervised work with model Terminal Training Objective that must be accomplished; each Module is separate in tuition and fees. The student must understand that the entire 400 hours must be completed before challenging the Arkansas Board of Health License examination. The student can only register for one Module at a time. There will be a $100 registration fee and a $125 equipment and ink fee for each Module. The equipment and the ink are for the student to keep and to use once licensed. The four modules are broken down in the following manner:

EQUIPMENT
In addition to the tuition, lab fee, and floor fee, the students must purchase an approved machine for their training. A separate order form for purchasing this equipment will be enclosed in your training packet. Please fill out and remit with your deposit so that we can have the equipment at the classroom and ready for your use the first morning of class. Any variations on this must be approved by the school instructor.
We will provide you with supplier names (all suppliers approved by Arkansas Health Department) so you can order your pigment choices and disposable supplies directly or we can assist you with these. We will also have available to you topical anesthetics and other specialty items.
